I would just like to say thank you so much for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel recently. We had the privilege to stay for 9 days during September in your beautiful city of Florence and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The hotel is very well situated to visit the city, the rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast good and the staff exceptionally helpful. I would specifically like to thank Julia, Daniella and Anna for their excellent service.

I would be most happy to recommend your hotel to others who are planning to visit Florence.

wir möchten uns noch einmal bei Ihnen für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit, nettes Personal und schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel bedanken. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und im Fall, dass wir noch einmal die Möglichkeit haben, wunderschöne Stad Firenze zu besuchen, kommen wir zu Ihnen gern zurück.

Ho prenotato un week end lungo dal venerdì alla
domenica in questo Hotel

ottimo il servizio ricevuto; siamo arrivati alle 10:00 e ci hanno dato
subito la camera nella "dependance" presente nel cortile interno. Molto
tranquilla con aria condizionata, frigobar, TV. C'erano anche i
fornelletti anti-zanzare accesi.

Bella camera pulita e ordinata, asciugamani morbidi e profumati
(sembravano nuovi) come pure la biancheria del letto.

Abbiamo trovato parcheggio all'interno del cortiletto dell'albergo (a
pagamento) e la soluzione è stata quanto mai azzeccata. Ci è stata data
la possibilità di lasciarla (sempre a pagamento) anche fino alle 18:00
del giorno della partenza permettendoci di sfruttare appieno anche
l'ultima giornata.

La posizione sembra defilata ma dopo aver appreso meglio la logistica si
dimostra molto buona: in un quarto d'ora si raggiunge a piedi il centro
e molti ottimi ristoranti, Se torneremo prenderemo comunque una bici a
nolo dato che è molto semplice trovare un parcheggio dedicato anche a
due passi dai monumenti
Buona anche la colazione al buffet, anche se è forse l'unico aspetto un
po' migliorabile: ottime e freschissime le brioches ed i panini, stantii
alcuni confezionati tipo cracker e brioches, limitata la scelta della
frutta

Hallo, also wir waren für 3 Nächte im Hotel Panama und waren super zufrieden. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle können sehr gut Englisch und man kann sich daher sehr gut verständigen. Das Zimmer war toll wir waren unterm Dach, es ist sehr süß eingerichtet alles im älterlichen Style. Das Bad ist relativ neu und sehr sauber. Frische Handtücher gibt es jeden Tag, sowie kleine Seifen und Duschhauben :) Es war ein Doppelzimmer mit französischem Bett, toll ! Das Frühstück ist einem niedlichem gemütlichen Raum im Untergeschoss mit einer Terrasse. Das Essen war ok, gibt nur süße sachen aber das ist so in Italien. Immer frische Brötchen und Croussins, Marmelade Cornflakes usw. Das Hotel ist ca. 15Min zzu Fuss von der Stadt entfernt. Das auch gut so ist. Man hat es ruhiger kein großer straßen lärm ! Ja ansonsten es war super !!! Gerne wieder !!!
