How to reach Us
Situated close to the Fortezza da Basso and Congress Centre,the Hotel Panama enjoys an ideal location in Florence because it is outside of the “telematic doors and the ZTL area (Limited traffic area), but at only 10 minutes walk from the historical centre. It is also an excellent starting point to discover the art treasures of one of the most beautiful citiys in the world.

By plane From the “AMERIGO VESPUCCI” airport of Florence
We recommend to take the shuttle bus to the SANTA MARIA NOVELLA central railway station, or a 15 min. trip with a taxi.
You can always book a private transfer at our reception.
From the “GALILEO GALILEI” airport of Pisa
We recommend to take the train to Florence, which departs every hour.

By train From Santa Maria Novella Central Railway Station
To reach the HOTEL PANAMA from the SANTA MARIA NOVELLA central station, you can either choose a taxi or take the bus N.13, stopping in Via XX Settembre (50mt from the hotel)
On foot we recommend to go along Via Nazionale, then in Via Santa Caterina D’Alessandria, cross Via Lavagnini and go on Via Poliziano, then turn on the 3rd street on the left in Via XX Settembre.
By car Arriving from the north
We recommend the highway A1 exit Firenze Nord going on the Center and Viali di Circonvallazione. Reaching the Fortezza da Basso (on the left), keep the left side leaving the beginning of Viale Lavagnini on the right. Take the right side and turn on the left after crossing a little bridge in Via dello Statuto. Hotel Panama is on the left at n. 80.
Arriving from the south
We recommended the Firenze Sud exit, continuing for the Centre and Circonvallazione to Piazza della Libertà. Once arrived in Piazza della LIbertà, at the traffic lights go straight and take the right to Via Lorenzo il Magnifico. At the end of the street, enter the avenue, keep the right and again, turn right, crossing the little bridge in Via dello Satuto. Hotel Panama is on the left, at no. 80.
